How to Enter
Taking part couldn’t be simpler. Just visit MiMA UK on Stand F20, fill in your entry slip with your name, company name, and contact email, and place it in the competition hat. Each day at 2:30pm, we’ll draw one lucky winner live on the stand.

Full Terms and Conditions
1) Promoter
MiMA Forklifts UK, Unit C, Doranda Way, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B71 4LE.
2) Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18+.
- The Day 3 prize contains alcohol. By entering Day 3 you confirm you are 18 or over. ID may be required before we release the prize.
- Not open to employees of the Promoter, their agents, or immediate families.
- One entry per person per day. Multiple entries from the same person on the same day will be void.
3) How to enter
- Visit Stand F20 during IMHX on the relevant day.
- Write your name, company name and contact email on the official entry slip and place it in the entry hat on the stand.
- Entries close at 2:30pm each day at the point the draw is made.
- Entries do not roll over. The hat is reset each day.
4) Prize details
- Day 1: Electric Floor Scrubber
- Day 2: Electric Pallet Truck
- Day 3: Case of Whispering Angel Rosé (12 x 75cl)
- Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5) Winner selection and announcement
- One winner per day chosen at random from all valid entries received that day.
- Draw takes place live on the stand at 2:30pm.
- We will also email the winner using the address on the entry slip to confirm details.
6) Claiming your prize
- Winners must respond within 7 days of our email to claim.
- If we do not receive a response in time, we may redraw or award the prize to a reserve winner.
- For equipment prizes collection should be arranged within 28 days from MiMA UK Head Office in West Bromwich.
7) Publicity
- By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may use their name, company and town/city in winner announcements and related publicity (no payment).
8) Data protection
- We will use your details only to administer the competition and contact winners, unless you explicitly opt in to marketing on the entry slip.
- Data will be handled in line with UK GDPR. You can request removal at any time.
9) General
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.
- The Promoter is not liable for entries that are incomplete, illegible or not received before the daily deadline.
- If the event or draw time changes for reasons beyond our control, we will announce the updated details on the stand.
